1. Services
Seven Dreams Events Ltd, based at 133 Larnakos Avenue, Nicosia, Cyprus, provides event experience services across all of Cyprus — including cold spark effects, low fog, 360° photo booth, audio guest book, photography, digital invitations and digital guest albums. Available services, prices and details are described on the website and may be updated from time to time.
2. Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed once event details are agreed and the required payment / deposit is made. Online payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Seven Dreams does not store card details — these are processed exclusively by Stripe, under its own security standards. Popular dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, based on confirmed bookings.
3. Refund Policy & 100% Guarantee
For digital invitations, our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies: if you don’t love your design, we refund the full amount — on one condition, that the invitation has not yet been sent to your guests.
Once the digital invitation has been sent / distributed to guests, it is considered delivered and no refund is possible.
Event service cancellations — what applies, by how far ahead
A date-lock deposit reserves your date exclusively for you, makes it unavailable to other couples, and is fully deducted from your final package price. The closer a cancellation is to the date, the less time remains to fill the slot and the more costs are already committed (crew, equipment, consumables). The following scale applies, measured from the day we receive your cancellation in writing to the day of the event:

| 6 months or more before | 100% of the deposit refunded. This is the guarantee we give early bookings: there is time to offer the date to another couple. |
| 60 days or more before | The deposit is not lost — it moves in full to a new available date within 12 months, at no extra charge. |
| 30–59 days before | The deposit is retained. Nothing further is owed. |
| 7–29 days before | The deposit is retained and 50% of the balance is owed. |
| Less than 7 days before | 100% of the agreed amount is owed — crew and equipment are by then committed exclusively to you. |
| If we cancel | 100% of anything you have paid is refunded. The same applies in force-majeure circumstances that make the event impossible (natural disaster, government prohibition). |
Changing your date is not a cancellation.If you need to move the event, we’ll do everything we can to move it to a new available date at no extra charge, subject to availability — and in that case nothing you have paid is lost.
4. Digital Invitations & Guest Albums
Digital invitations and digital guest albums ("Memories") are provided as an online service with a 12-month lifespan from the event date.
After the 12 months, the content (photos, videos, guest wishes) and related links are deleted. We recommend downloading and saving locally anything you wish to keep before this period ends.
5. Intellectual Property
The website content (text, logo, designs, photos and videos of our services) is the intellectual property of Seven Dreams Events Ltd and is protected under applicable law. Reproduction or use without our permission is not allowed. Content you or your guests upload remains yours; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service you requested.
6. Liability
We make every effort to deliver our services flawlessly and on time. We are not liable for damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. force majeure, third-party technical failures, weather conditions). In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
