1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy covers the website and services of Seven Dreams Events Ltd (hereafter "we", "us" or "the Company"), an event experience company based at 133 Larnakos Avenue, Nicosia, Cyprus, operating across all of Cyprus.

2. What Data We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact / booking form details: name, email, phone, event type and date, and the message you send us.
- Leads from Meta ads (Facebook / Instagram): the same lead details, when you fill in a form through our ads (Meta Lead Ads).
- Guest content for our "Memories" digital albums: photos, videos and wishes uploaded by your guests.
- Payment details: payments are processed via Stripe. Seven Dreams does not store card details — these are handled exclusively by Stripe.
- Browsing & device data: via cookies and the Meta Pixel (see section 4), for traffic analysis and advertising.
3. How & Why We Use It (Legal Basis)
We process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: to provide the services you booked (event planning, digital invitations, guest albums, etc.).
- Legitimate interest: to respond to your requests and questions and to improve our services.
- Consent: for analytics/advertising cookies and marketing actions. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Cookies & Meta Pixel
We use cookies and the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) to analyze traffic and to measure and optimize our advertising.
The Meta Pixel is not activated before you give consent via the cookie banner. If you choose "Decline", no tracking data is sent. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
5. Third-Party Recipients & Processors
To operate, we share data with trusted providers (data processors), strictly to the extent necessary:
- Google Firebase (Firestore): storage of contact / booking details and album content.
- Cloudinary:storage & management of photos and videos for the "Memories" digital albums.
- Stripe: secure payment processing (card details).
- Resend: sending transactional emails (e.g. confirmations).
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram):Meta Pixel & Meta Lead Ads for analytics and advertising.
- Cloudflare: hosting and content delivery network (CDN).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. International Transfers
Some of our providers (Google, Meta, Stripe, Cloudinary, Resend) may process data in the USA or other countries outside the EEA. These transfers take place under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. How Long We Keep It
- Leads & contact details: for as long as needed to process the request / booking, and to meet our legal obligations.
- Digital albums & guest content: retained for 12 months after the event and then deleted.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your data,
- correct inaccurate data,
- erasure ("the right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (see section 12).

9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. Our providers (Google, Cloudinary, Stripe, Cloudflare, etc.) apply recognized security standards.
10. Children
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. When minors appear in event photos or videos (e.g. christenings, birthdays), this occurs under the responsibility and consent of the parents / guardians or the event organizer.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Any change will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
