The three mistakes we see most often
The venue is chosen for the adults
An elegant venue with nowhere for the children to run means that for three hours the parents will be chasing, not sitting. A simpler venue with a yard works better than a more expensive one without.
Everything happens at once
Cake, photos, wishes and buffet all at the same time means half the room misses half of it. Leave twenty minutes between each moment you want to remember.
Nobody photographs the guests
The photographer will follow the baby — quite rightly. But that means out of a hundred guests you'll have photos of ten. A booth fills exactly that gap, and the children use it more than the adults.
